Key Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of assigned students, proactively coaching and guiding them through their degree program

- Provide a trusted and supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
- Offer and teach students how to utilize resources effectively, maximizing their potential for success
- Become a certified resume reviewer, providing expert resume and career development support to students

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- At least two years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling

- Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant and professional phone manner
- A strong customer support focus, with attention to detail and a passion for helping others succeed
