- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
- Manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and procedures
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, preferably in a similar industry
- Knowledge of print, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions, including equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, financial transactions, and cash handling
- Ability to suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, along with possible solutions
- Knowledge of Quality concepts and principles, with the ability to apply them in daily activities
