Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Resource Modeling and Forecasting (RMF) teams to identify best practices and implement them in future processes, tools, and training.
- Develop and execute comprehensive team communication plans, ensuring seamless communication of key decisions and results to stakeholders.
- Drive the development of a global integrated project budget, working closely with functional representatives and leadership to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.
- Demonstrate exceptional self-management and organizational skills, managing your workload, setting priorities, and adjusting as needed to meet project demands.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Essential Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in a health-related, scientific, or engineering field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of drug development processes and experience applying project management tools and processes in cross-functional settings.
