Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Take the extra mile to engage clients, providing exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Customer Support Experience: A track record of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns.
- Quota Achievement: A history of over-achieving quota, showcasing a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Phone Contact Handling Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, enabling effective communication with clients.
- CRM Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
