What to Expect: Key Responsibilities
- Respond to general to moderately complex telephone calls, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Record calls in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution and update CRM history with the results of inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or business needs, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Respond to telephone inquiries within set time parameters, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- A reliable internet connection with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speeds of at least 6mbps (please submit a speed test via speedtest.net as part of your application).
- Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
