Responsibilities: Lead and manage plumbing crews on residential and commercial new construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job plans Sub rough, rough-in, inspections and set finish fixtures Ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and with high quality standards Communicate clearly with general contractors, inspectors, and team members Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics Train and mentor plumbing helpers and apprentices Maintain accurate documentation and job tracking Qualifications: 1-2 years of new construction plumbing experience Prior lead or supervisory experience Strong understanding of plumbing codes and practices Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused Clean record, valid driver’s license/clean driving record and reliable transportation Must have your own hand tools Licensed plumber preferred (state-specific license if required) Send us your resume when applying!
