- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Provide technical and non-technical assistance to clients, resolving issues and delivering satisfying solutions
- Treat customers with respect, following blithequark's policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and continuously improve our support services
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not essential, as training and coaching will be provided)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
Preferred qualifications include:
