Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Essential Qualifications
- Excellent English skills (B2 for both spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and team members.
- Experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a positive, and responsible attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM), and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download, and 40 Mbps–upload), to ensure seamless remote work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems, with the ability to navigate, and utilize these systems to manage customer interactions, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with IT, and technical support, with a basic understanding of software, and hardware solutions.
