Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, healthcare professionals, and carriers to resolve issues and provide support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry, accurately gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting performance standards and goals.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Active internet connection already installed at home, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors, with excellent technical skills.
- A positive and supportive attitude, with a willingness to help others and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Reside in the Dallas/Irving area and be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX.
