As an Industry X - MES Apriso Consultant, you will lead the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and integrate MES solutions with ERP and control equipment. You will work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value, partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions, and direct the activities of teams in these tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
- Provide organization oversight for complex systems involving the development of MES
- Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value
- Partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions
- Direct the activities of teams in the above tasks
- Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered
- Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities
- Respond to requests for client proposals
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Global System Implementation
- Manage medium-small teams and/or projects
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 3 years of experience with DELMIA Apriso MES system
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
Preferred Qualifications
To set yourself apart, you should have:
- Experience with configuration and deployment of MES systems
- Experience with integration between Manufacturing Engineering (preferably with 3DX DELMIA DM) and Manufacturing Execution (MES Apriso)
- Experience in Warehouse and Logistics Management in Apriso
- Experience in manufacturing analytics and lean management
- Knowledge of ISA 95 Architecture and MES modules
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and support methodologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of manufacturing systems and MES, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
