**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via incoming calls, resolving issues, and investigating complaints in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
* Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences.

* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling times.
