About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for meeting the production needs of our facility by reading pick labels, using RF scanners to complete orders, picking products from bins, repacking, and completing other tasks as assigned by your team lead or supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Read pick labels and use RF scanners to complete orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick products from bins, repack, and zone areas to meet production needs.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by team lead or supervisor, including but not limited to, receiving and processing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Work Schedule
As a Full-Time 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker, you'll work a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 10 PM to 6 AM. This schedule provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Physical Ability: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to read and follow instructions accurately, and to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Teamwork and Communication Skills: The ability to work collaboratively with team members, and to communicate effectively and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- RF Scanner Experience: Experience using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Leadership and Supervisory Experience: Experience leading or supervising teams is preferred.
