With a strong presence in Las Vegas, US, and plans to expand to other locations in the USA, Europe, and beyond, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Driver to join our team.
Job Summary
We're urgently hiring a Remote Driver to work on our overnight shifts, from 10pm-7am, 5 days over 7. As a Teledriver at Vay, you'll be at the forefront of our team, bringing this cutting-edge technology to market. You'll be responsible for remotely driving vehicles to/from customers or transferring vehicles within the operating area via a remote driving station. Responsibilities
- Remotely drive vehicles to/from customers or transfer vehicles within the operating area via a remote driving station.
- Interact with Vay users and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform test drives as a safety driver or teledriver according to test protocols.
- Support our engineering team with performing data collection and test reports as necessary.
- You may also be asked to perform other fleet and administrative tasks to support operations and positive customer experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for driving, technology, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A US driving license, a clean driving record, and at least 2 years of driving experience with Uber, Lyft, taxi, or similar.
- Able to pass a drug test (including THC).
- Experience with gaming or technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently.
- Google Workplace knowledge (e.g., G-Docs, Sheets, and/or Slides).
- Interest in autonomous driving and mobility.
