**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for driving our logical transformation in the Ability Securing (TA) space. You'll have the opportunity to work on a ground-up remake of our logical capacities, from data entry to complex business changes and end-user reporting. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with experts, software engineers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide scientific support
* Influencing code to investigate complex datasets and configure, create, and assess data changes to tackle specific business issues
* Building adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to support client-facing reporting
* Automating TA cycles to streamline business activities
* Communicating verbally or in writing to business clients/leaders to share insights and recommendations
**Essential Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential capabilities:
* A four-year degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analysis, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science
* 3+ years of experience in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), pre-processing languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.)
* 3+ years of experience in AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and methods, and boundaries that influence their performance
* Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not essential, the following preferred capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role:
* A graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analysis, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science
* Experience in a ML or data scientist role with a large technology organization
