As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while helping our customers with their inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, using active listening and problem-solving skills
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution, maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
