This full-time remote position is crucial in providing specialized technical support for our network framework and internal work area systems, software, and hardware. As a Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and verifying data, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and providing top-notch support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client care demands and determine the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or hardware related) to maintain trust in TSG.
- Communicate with clients via telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and resolve problems (e.g., equipment or software malfunction, client error, etc.).
- Investigate identified issues by gathering information, researching web information sites, and/or internal site (i.e., project notebook) to identify solutions and facilitate resolution.
- Conduct site visits within the region to investigate issues and/or install or update equipment and software if support issues cannot be partially resolved remotely.
- Follow up with clients to confirm issues were fully resolved.
- Complete service orders to avoid operational delays in resolving issues.
- Enter, update, and verify data accurately to maintain data integrity and ensure seamless operations.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server).
Preferred Qualifications
