Job Overview
blithequark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Data and Analytics Visualization Manager to join its North America Digital Services team. As a Perception Chief, you will examine, decipher, and make significant representations of data, enabling partners to make informed decisions with connected data solutions and establishing metrics that drive business results. This remote-based position requires a strong skill set in relevant areas, including data analysis, visualization, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower partners to make informed decisions with connected data solutions and establish metrics that drive business results
- Work directly with Data and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and OU colleagues to understand partner needs and translate them into tangible data products
- Analyze and action against multiple data sources (both proprietary and partnered sources)
- Become a super-user of dashboards, datasets, and models created and published by data engineers and specialists
- Support data products and projects in delivering new analytics visualization solutions, acting as needed, helping with testing and user stories to ensure quality data and insights are delivered to clients
- Conduct business and data analysis to assess performance and guide strategy, ensuring that data plays a trained role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning
- Extract additional value from analytics by serving as a champion of data and insights to enable and drive adoption of self-service analytics in support of framework-wide capabilities
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum (3 years +) experience + Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
- Experience with different types of tools used for analytical visualizations, with an emphasis on PowerBI capability
- Ability to create straightforward insights from complex data
- An enthusiasm to learn/develop and get emerging trends/technology that drive further insight value
- Demonstrated ability to sift through data, perform analysis, identify critical information, and develop solution decisions is essential
- Experience working with integrated strategy and teams
- Familiarity with internal and external data like Nielsen, marketplace, performance, volume, and revenue
- Experience manipulating large datasets and creating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.)
- Additional experience in data analysis, visualization, and communication
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry and market trends
