About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a remote call center capacity. As a CPC Processor Customer Support specialist, you will play a critical role in processing medical record requests, providing exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, and ensuring the seamless flow of information.
