In addition to support, you'll also be responsible for creating informative articles for our Learning Center, a valuable resource that enables users to find answers independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support messages via chat messaging and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software and its applications in salons and spas
- Write high-quality articles for the Learning Center, covering topics related to our software and the beauty and wellness industry
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve our support processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our support services
Requirements and Qualifications
