About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team, providing top-tier support to our customers during night and weekend shifts. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining customer accounts, and performing related duties as required. Although this position is currently home-based, you must reside within a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing to attend a half-day onsite onboarding session and potentially work onsite in the future.
