**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized and effective.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of call center experience.
* A typing speed of 25 WPM, with proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
* Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches.
