Position Description
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting. - Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements, including:

- Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher
- RAM: 8GB or more
- Webcam and high-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10.
- Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently.
- Must be able to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST), demonstrating your commitment to learning and development.
