**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management

**Qualifications**
