The Customer Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in helping current customers maximize the value they derive from their blithequark Cloud deployment. Working closely with the Sales Director and Solutions Architect, this individual will be responsible for monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions with customers, identifying new data challenges, and showcasing how blithequark Cloud can address these needs through live demos and technical workshops. The ultimate goal of this role is to drive customer satisfaction, leading to renewal and expansion among existing customers.
Internally, the Customer Solutions Architect will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that blithequark continues to build products that solve real-world problems and delight its customers. This role will be an integral part of the early Customer Solutions Architect team, contributing to the development of processes and playbooks as the company continues to evolve and grow. The ideal candidate will be based in Dublin, with a requirement to be in the office two days a week, and must possess fluent German language skills.
