The Opportunity
blithequark has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our virtual call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage high-volume inbound calls from our customers nationwide, all from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone

- Provide information regarding stores and services to customers
- Assess customers' needs and requirements to help drive them into our stores
- Take back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift
- Thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Maintain customer relationships

- Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
