We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent basis, working from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time remote position, requiring 35-40 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Sunday to Sunday, 5:00 am - 10:00 pm local time. You will be required to work one of our 8-hour shift schedules during our typical business hours. We offer comprehensive training, which includes 4-5 weeks of standard training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex computer systems.
