**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
• **Research and problem-solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
• **Critical thinking and creativity**: You'll think critically and creatively to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• **1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment**: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• **Excellent communication skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• **Ability to multi-task and think critically**: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues.
• **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed**: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as required.
• **Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license**: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
