Requirements and Qualifications

• 6+ months of high-volume call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

Preferred qualifications include:

• 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Compensation and Benefits
