About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced customer service professionals to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, and bilingual differentials. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.
