What You’ll Help With: • Monthly bookkeeping + bank/credit card reconciliation • Quarterly + year-end tax filings (federal + state) • Payroll and contractor compliance (e.g. 1099s) • Strategic financial/tax guidance as needed • Quick turnaround on occasional issues (e.g. IRS letters, entity questions) Requirements: • Licensed CPA in the U.S. • Strong experience with startups, S-corps, and multi-entity structures • Fluent with QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Rippling, etc. • Excellent communication + fast response times • ** NOTE *** Please record a loom with your background and why you're the perfect fit for this role.
