About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Intelligent Tech Exceptional Ventures team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering a groundbreaking new tool for both customers and sales staff, elevating the sales experience across numerous retail locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program leaders to identify the best approaches to achieving goals.
- Orchestrate content from various sources, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience.
- Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all association content, and track performance to inform future content strategies.
- Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to drive innovation and improvement.
- Create compelling solutions with our IT and Product Supervisory teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, preferably in a geo-diverse environment.
- Deep understanding of content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales.
- In-depth knowledge of blithequark's product features, benefits, and applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex customer experience data into effective content strategies.
- Experience with content management tools, including front-end and back-end solutions (Adobe Experience Director is a plus).
- Adaptability, ability to navigate uncertainty, and a capacity to thrive in a highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement and customer experience principles.
