Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative support to our claims coordination team. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. You'll be the backbone of our team, ensuring that our claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems
- Follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compile reports from systems with claims information
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the claims coordination team
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent

- 6 months to 1 year of work experience (previous data entry or administrative experience an asset)
