Key Responsibilities • Engage with customers via live chat, email, and text, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about products and services. • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and foster customer loyalty. • Utilize provided training and resources to effectively address and resolve customer questions and concerns. Required Qualifications • Reliable access to a device with internet connectivity (phone, tablet, or laptop) for using social media and website chat functions. • Ability to work independently, follow instructions closely, and maintain a strong work ethic. • No previous experience necessary as comprehensive training is provided.
