Enterprise System Consultant - FutureTech Consultants LLC

Job Title: Enterprise System Consultant Location; Seattle WA (Remote) Duration: Long Term Details The consultant will: Learn the current system setup, integrations, and business usage. Assess the system and provide recommendations for upgrades, enhancements, and remediation. Work closely with the One WA project team to ensure alignment and take the necessary steps toward full remediation. Contribute to and refine the backlog by identifying improvement opportunities, documenting requirements, and prioritizing work items. The goal of this engagement is to provide actionable insights, strengthen system stability, and prepare the organization for long-term modernization. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise financial or ERP systems. Ability to quickly understand existing configurations, integrations, and business processes. Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with system assessment, upgrade planning, and remediation in a government or public-sector environment. Familiarity with large-scale state initiatives, such as ERP modernization or One WA. Knowledge of Agile or iterative delivery methods and tools. Background in financial services or treasury operations.
