The Email Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the creation, execution, and analysis of targeted email campaigns that engage customers and drive conversions. Responsibilities Plan and implement email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Develop engaging email content and designs to capture the attention of target audiences. Segment lists and target audiences effectively to ensure maximum deliverability and engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging across all email communications. Requirements 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and analytics tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
