Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery
- Design, plan, and deliver high‑impact English language instruction across listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar for a range of proficiency levels.
- Implement a multiskill, task‑based approach that aligns with PIE’s curricular objectives and the latest research in second‑language acquisition.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: MA (or equivalent) in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a closely related field, complemented by a TESOL certification.
- Experience: Minimum two years teaching ESL at the post‑secondary level, with at least one year in an intensive English program (IEP) environment.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near‑native command of English; additional fluency in another language is highly valued.
- Pedagogical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to teach across the full spectrum of proficiency levels and to integrate all four language skills within each lesson.
