Required Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of experience in IT project management and business analysis. • Strong expertise in Duck Creek Reinsurance (Prima XL) platform. • Deep understanding of insurance/reinsurance processes and data flows. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
