Vitalant is seeking a Donor Outreach Service Representative dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Donor Outreach Service Representative is vital. Support Vitalant's life saving mission by servicing inbound contact center channels to resolve donor concerns or inquiries with scheduling donor appointments.

As a Donor Outreach Service Representative, you'll get to
Respond to inbound channel questions and concerns utilizing multiple systems such as calls, voicemails, and texts.
Utilize eProgesa system to resolve donor eligibility questions.
Accurately respond to multiple blood center brands within the inbound channels.
Effectively achieve quality and efficiency metric goals.
Award Hero Reward points and other retention support tools upon approval or within provided guidelines.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Six months Donor Outreach Coordinator experience preferred.
Donor eligibility training preferred.
