Director of Product, Data Science

We are seeking a visionary Data Science Director of Product to lead our data science initiatives and drive the development of cutting-edge products in the healthcare industry. Requirements 10+ years total business experience including working in product or leading innovative teams. 3+ years of experience working in healthcare revenue cycle. 3+ years working in data science or analytics, with at minimum an understanding of core data science principles. Strong leadership, presentation, and reporting skills coupled with a track record of managing high-performing teams and complex projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for details. Robust understanding of business financials (e.g., P&L budgets) and metrics (e.g., OKRS) with the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
