- Organize and lead technical workshops, hackathons, and developer meetups to build and nurture our developer ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze technology trends within the blockchain industry to guide the development of new marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain developers to our platform.
- Design and implement technical marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our platform to the developer community.
- Organize and lead community engagement initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and hackathons, to educate and involve developers in our ecosystem.
- Create compelling content tailored for technical audiences, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, that highlights the features and benefits of our platform.
- Foster strong relationships with developers, influencers, and other stakeholders within the blockchain community.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to gather feedback from the community and influence product enhancements and roadmap.Analyze community engagement metrics and refine strategies to improve outreach and retention.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events, enhancing our visibility and reputation within the tech community.
- Proven experience in marketing or developer relations, preferably within a tech or blockchain environment.
- Strong understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain and their importance in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns tailored to developer communities.
- Understanding of architectures for various blockchain tools, being able to compare and contrast (eg Solidity vs. Move, EVM vs. CosmWASM)Demonstrated ability to organize and manage events, both virtual and in-person.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiastic about fostering community growth and passionate about innovation in blockchain technology.
