As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform regular data backups to ensure the security of information
Generate reports and compile information for internal use
Identify and correct data entry errors
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Educational Qualifications

Additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus
