Key Responsibilities

- Escalate complex situations to the appropriate departments when needed.

Data Management:
- Accurately document customer interactions in Delta’s systems.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Delta Airlines’ policies, services, and promotions.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry is beneficial.
