About Apprenticely: Our internship program is a three-month program designed to provide hands-on experience under the guidance of a professional mentor and support team. We welcome veterans and diverse applicants looking to grow their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Input data and make changes to digital databases
- Create spreadsheets to track client information
- Transfer data from hard copy to digital databases
- Update client information in databases
- Organize existing data in spreadsheets
- Verify and correct data errors
- Perform regular database backups
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with special projects requiring data entry
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals
Preferred Qualities:
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of spreadsheets, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry and management
- Familiarity with various databases
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google-based programs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Details:
- Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: 40-hour week, typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
- Length of Internship: 3 months
- Location: Hybrid - Start-Up Village in Fayetteville, AR (with remote work options)
