Job Summary We are hiring four types of interns under one collaborative internship program. These interns will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects that shape our operations, customer experience, and growth strategy. Feel free to express interest in one or more of the internships below: Data Analytics Intern • Support the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reports. • Clean, validate, and analyze large data sets related to customer behavior, performance metrics, and business KPIs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights. Financial Analyst Intern • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. • Conduct financial analysis on loan performance, cost structures, and profitability. • Help prepare financial reports and investor presentations. Business Analyst Intern • Gather and analyze business requirements to support process improvement. • Help map out workflows and identify operational inefficiencies. • Assist with documentation, requirement gathering, and cross-functional meetings. Operations Analyst Intern • Work with the operations team to monitor and improve daily business processes. • Analyze loan servicing operations, borrower engagement trends, and customer success metrics. • Participate in quality control, performance analysis, and internal reporting. Qualifications For All Positions • Rising college juniors or seniors currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, etc.). • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. • Enthusiastic about mission-driven fintech and helping underserved communities. • Eagerness to learn new tools, concepts, and business practices in a collaborative environment.
