What You'll Do Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently. Verify customer documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction. Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activities. Manage stock balancing and transactional accuracy. Represent the Mukuru brand with professionalism and integrity. Key Skills Customer Service Excellence Attention to Detail Communication Skills Problem Solving Cash Handling & Transaction Processing Compliance & Risk Awareness Organisation & Administration Computer Literacy Relationship Building Professionalism & Accountability What You'll Bring Grade 12 or equivalent. Customer service experience. Knowledge of foreign exchange and compliance regulations is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
