Key Responsibilities
- Assist potential residents with detailed leasing information, create quotes, and schedule leasing appointments, showcasing the value of community features tailored to their needs.
- Provide support to current residents by addressing their requests for maintenance, courtesy officers, and other community-related inquiries and issues.
- Accurately capture and maintain resident and prospect information for effective communication and record-keeping.
- Ensure excellent customer relations by responding promptly to requests via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations, escalating issues through appropriate channels when necessary.
- Consistently meet performance standards, including schedule adherence, average handling time, and call quality, while actively contributing to departmental goals and objectives.
- Devote time to training and reporting, with the expectation of spending 95% of your time on calls on a defined schedule.
- Participate in other projects and activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A customer-focused attitude and creative problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a customer-related field, with a preference for background in the multi-family industry or a contact center environment.
- Excellent documentation and written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required, with reliable internet access for remote work.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are considered a plus.
