CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

As a Certified Public Accountant - Senior at Uvation, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and driving transparency across our operations. Requirements • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. • Support and coordinate internal and external audits; serve as point of contact for auditors and ensure timely and accurate submissions. • Manage tax compliance activities including federal, state, and local filings; support preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings. • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. • Identify financial risks and inefficiencies; recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls and accounting policies. • Collaborate with FP&A, operations, legal, and leadership to provide financial insight and support business initiatives. • Handle multi-entity and multi-currency transactions (as applicable). • Mentor and review the work of junior accounting staff and ensure best practices are followed.
