Key Responsibilities
Conversion Copywriting: Write high-converting, crisp copy for landing pages, user acquisition funnels, and product interfaces that ruthlessly eliminates friction and drives user action.
Microcopy & UI Text: Craft intuitive in-app messaging, button labels, onboarding prompts, and error states that guide users seamlessly through complex digital experiences.
Narrative Positioning: Translate technical updates, feature drops, and ecosystem milestones into clear, engaging announcements, patch notes, and blog posts.
Campaign & Ads Copy: Author sharp, attention-grabbing hooks and script lines for performance marketing ads, social media campaigns, and distribution channels.
Brand Voice Governance: Maintain and protect a unified, razor-sharp editorial voice across every digital touchpoint, ensuring our tone remains consistent, authentic, and forward-thinking.
Rapid Iteration: Partner daily with our Growth, Product, and Design teams, running copy experiments, A/B testing headlines, and making real-time text tweaks to optimize performance.

The "Wordsmith": A stunning portfolio of live web copy, high-conversion landing pages, or product microcopy that proves your ability to drive action through text.
Hook & Direct-Response Instinct: You understand user psychology, visual flow, and how copy interacts with layout to capture a reader's attention within the first two seconds.
Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. We ship features and launch initiatives fast. You must be highly responsive and available to turn around sharp, polished copy loops or execute emergency edits in real time.
Web3/Internet Culture Fluition: You possess a native understanding of the digital economy landscape. You live on-chain, get the underlying psychology of digital asset communities, and know how to communicate clearly without using empty hype.
