About the position Responsibilities • Analyze business processes for gaps, opportunities, control breaks, and compliance alignment, and work with partners to produce resolutions. • Partner with businesses across the firm to strengthen the control environment and prepare operations teams for audits. • Conduct Change Management Assessments to ensure process/system changes are evaluated, updated, tested, and implemented timely. • Leverage data analytical skills to identify gaps and exceptions in processes. • Identify opportunities for improvements and apply new tools and technology to meet current business needs and anticipate future needs. Requirements • 4 years of relevant operations experience in data analytics, problem resolution, and change management. • Bachelor's Degree. • Proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Access). • Ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely, and accurate manner. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented and quality assurance oriented with a willingness to ask questions to gain full understanding of products or processes. • 4+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, Java, or Alteryx.
