Role Overview:

The Commercial Team Lead will be responsible for driving Grubtech's UK commercial growth through a combination of direct sales and strategic partnerships.

This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role where you'll be expected to personally close new business while building a strong partner ecosystem that generates long-term growth. As one of the first commercial hires in the UK, you'll help shape our go-to-market strategy, establish key relationships, and lay the foundation for a scalable commercial organization.

This role is also ESOP eligible.

Work Model

We're building our presence in the UK! While we establish our UK entity, this role will start asfully remote. Once everything is in place, it will transition into ahybridrole, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office collaboration.
